FAQs

Product Sizing and Variance
Sizing information can be found on our Sizing Chart. If your child sizes falls between 2 sizes we suggest ordering the larger size. Due to the handmade nature of our clothing, there may be some size variance in our items. Please allow for plus or minus variances in sizing, up to 1" in length and 1/2" in width.

Product Care
All Mini & Me products are machine washable. Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Line dry. Do not iron.

Returns
You may return any full priced items within 14 days of purchase, as long as they unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. To return any items from your order please contact us at returns@miniandme.com. Discounted items are final sales and can not be returned.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within 5 business days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale priced items are not eligible for a return or refund.

Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact help@miniandme.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.

Damaged or Defective Product
A refund, store credit, or replacement when available will be offered to you if an item is received damaged or defective. Damaged and defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund. Please send an email to help@miniandme.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. Once an item received is deemed defective by our customer service team a prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the refund or replacement will be processed as previously specified. We don’t offer refund, credit, or replacement on purchases over 14 days old, or items that have been worn or washed.

Shipping
Most orders will ship out from our Pennsylvania fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of purchase via USPS. However, that time can be extended up to 2 weeks during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales and other promotions.

Our fulfillment center has their own process for pulling and shipping orders and there isn’t a guarantee that items can be shipped together so we are unable to combine multiple orders placed.

Changes or Cancellations To Your Order
Because our fulfillment team processes and ships orders quickly, we are unable to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out, and we will make every effort to cancel it when possible.

Collaborations and Wholesale
Thank you for your interest in working with Mini & Me ! Email collaborations@miniandme.com and please include a proposal of collaboration, press information, and direct links. We do go through every proposal but are only able to get back with people who are a good immediate fit with Mini & Me. In that case, we will typically respond within a week. Otherwise we will keep your information on file and reach out if there is a good fit for both of us!

Social Media
We absolutely love seeing your photos on our social media platforms and when you tag our account [@miniandmeofficial]. Please note that gives us permission to share your photo on our Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest.

We do not always check our direct messages on Instagram or Facebook. We do try to answer questions in comments, however, the best way to get a hold of us is to email directly from our “contact us” form.
